<p>Trying to find out what exercises get rid of belly fat is time-consuming and confusing. Advice comes from all directions and some of them sound like weird and wonderful ideas that you know realistically do not work.</p>
<p>The most common assumption is to just do ten sit ups every day. After a month<span id="more-50"></span> you see no results and realize that this assumption is wrong. However there is one work out plan devised by Mike Geary that tells you what exercises to do to get rid of belly fat and it is easy to see the results. Mike is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist and follows the plan himself.</p>
<p>What makes this exercise plan different from the rest is that it starts with your diet first. By following a certain diet, the exercises which get rid of belly fat will see results so much quicker and the results will be ten times better with inches off that waistline. The aim is to halve the amount of time that you spend exercising to gain double the results via natural healthy methods.</p>
<p>The diet simply consists of eating no estrogen foods and implementing certain types of saturated fats that encourage the body to burn fat giving you an overall body fat percentage of under 10%. Once you have achieved this then start the following exercises along with Mike&#8217;s other exercise recommendations into your daily routine.</p>
<p>1 &#8211; Sit ups should focus on the front of your tummy. You will be able to feel the sit up exercising the muscles of your stomach. Place your feet under the bed or get someone to hold them. Put your hands behind your head and start to lift. Do not go all the way to touch your knees with your elbows, stop when you feel the strain on your stomach.</p>
<p>2 &#8211; The twist is simply standing with your feet apart and flat on the ground. Then turn your body to the left and then to the right while your feet stay stationary. This will take care of the fat around the sides and you should be bale to feel the strain.</p>
<p>3 &#8211; Stand with your feet apart and then lean down to touch your left toe with your right hand and vice versa. Do not do this exercise quickly as you will only lose the effect and your balance.</p>
<p>For quicker and more noticeable results then it is better to carry out an all over bod<br />

y work out plan. An overall work out for the body is better than just focusing on exercising for one area as it increases your metabolism and creates energy rather than draining you of it.</p>
